The Pennsylvania Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) helps low-income residents pay their heating bills through home heating energy assistance grants. To find the county assistance office that serves your area, visit the Department of Human Services website or call 1-866-857-7095, or contact our credit department at 215-665-4910 for more information on LIHEAP and other programs. Pennsylvania's Weatherization Assistance Program is administered through the Department of Community and Economic Development.
